RETURNS FOR "WALLS OF THE WILD" STICKERS
WARRANTY: All products are warranted for thirty days from date of purchase and guaranteed to be defect free. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for products returned in new condition. Products that have been installed are NOT returnable! In the event that a product is defective, our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product. Please return your package and receipt to the address posted on your packing slip. If you should have any questions, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 772-463-8380. If you return your stickers to our Florida Studio address you will be charged a re-stocking fee as we will have to re-ship your items directly to the factory.

All products are warranted for thirty days from date of purchase and guaranteed to be defect free. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for products returned in new condition. If you decide that the color or design does not suit your needs, please return the unopened package to us within 15 days. Items that are returned after 15 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept Tatouage packages that have been opened unless a defect in our design has been found. In the event that a product is defective, our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product. Shipping costs will be refunded if we are responsible for the item being returned. If you have found a defect please call our Customer Service Department immediately at 772-463-8380.
Please remember, in order to receive a refund, our designs must be returned in our original sealed plastic bag and unused. It must shipped in a box so that the design is not creased or damaged in any way. If the item is damaged we cannot provide a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Wallpaper Murals, Minute Murals and Peel 'N Sticks - Normal processing time to be shipped from factory is two to three weeks. All murals from this manufacturer are returnable; if they have not been personalized and if returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be received in re-sellable condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
Decals... The wall decals are also not returnable as each one is custom made for you. We are not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Before placing your order please be sure you have accurate measurements for your decal and review your order during confirmation. Each decal is manufactured to specific sizes, vinyl material, design and quantities. Therefore we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Orders may be approved for cancellation prior to production at the sole discretion of our manufacturer. If a cancellation is approved, the order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If a decal has been damaged during installation, a replacement may be ordered at a discount.
